How long does it take?

It all depends on the size of your property and accessibility, however, the average time for a full staging is six hours.

If my house sells before the staging period has finished, do I get any type of refund?

No. The fee is for a fixed minimum period, regardless of how quickly the house sells.

How much preparation is needed?

We may be able to stage a home with as little as 48-hours notice, however, we do not recommend leaving it to the last minute.

It’s best to talk to us at least two weeks prior to going to market so that we have adequate time for preparation and planning.

Can I choose the furniture you stage with?

You can feel confident knowing that we will select the right furniture and accessories for your home and budget.

What areas do you cover?

We are a South Auckland based company, however, we are happy to discuss staging jobs located in the Auckland CBD and East Auckland.

What if the new owner wants to purchase the furniture with the house?

This can happen and there are times where we will be happy to oblige. Feel free to talk to us about this option.

Can you work with my furniture?

Hawthorne Staging does not offer partial staging of a room.

What standard does my property need to be in?

We require your house to be empty and clean prior to installation. If the property is not ready in time, a service and rescheduling charge may be required.
